The four main avenues of our intuition that the spirit world uses to communicate with us are known as the "four Clairs":
Clairaudience (hearing voices), Clairvoyance (seeing images), Clairsentience (recognizing feelings)and Claircognizance (knowing).
While some people might be naturally stronger in one of the "four Clairs," you can improve your intuition and experiment with new methods.
Join us as we walk you through the experiences of the "four Clairs" and finish with a Reiki chakra meditation to help you enhance your Clairs.
