At Blue Moon Wolf Healing Center, we believe everyone deserves access to rest, restoration, and self-care—regardless of their financial circumstances.

To give back to our community, we are gifting one free service every month for 6 months to someone who is in genuine need and unable to book a service for themselves.

​

We need your help to find the people who need this most. If you know someone going through a tough time who could use a dedicated moment of care, we invite you to nominate them below.

Nominations Start the 1st of each Month

Nomination Deadline: The 20th of each month.

Winner Drawing: Drawn randomly on the 25th of each month. (Except December on the 23rd). 

Booking Window: Winners have 30 days from the drawing date to book and receive their service.

Nomination Rules & Guidelines

 To ensure these services reach those who genuinely need them, please review the following guidelines before submitting:

• No Self-Nominations: This program is strictly for nominating someone else in your life.

• Genuine Need: Nominees should be individuals who are currently facing financial, physical, or emotional hardships that prevent them from booking a service themselves.

• A Safe Space for All: Blue Moon Wolf Healing Center is an inclusive, welcoming sanctuary. We proudly accept nominations for anyone in need—regardless of gender, identity, race, background, or walk of life.

• One Entry Per Nominee: Multiple nominations for the same person will not increase their chances, so please submit just once per recipient per month. 

 

How Selection & Contact Works

To keep the selection completely fair and honor the comfort and privacy of everyone involved:

• Fair Random Drawing: On the 25th of each month, all eligible nominee names will go into a bowl, and one recipient will be drawn at random.

• We Contact the Nominator First: We will reach out to you (the nominator) via phone or email before contacting the recipient. This allows us to coordinate with you to arrange a delightful surprise, or simply to ensure the nominee feels comfortable and ready to accept the gift.

• 30 Days to Redeem: The chosen recipient will have 30 days from the drawing date to book their complimentary service.

• Social Media & Announcements: With your and the recipient’s permission, we love celebrating our monthly recipients on our social media and website to share the love. However, privacy always comes first—we will only share publicly if everyone is completely comfortable doing so.
