Grounded & Growing: Parent & Child Workshop for School Year Success

In this 1-hour workshop, families will embark on a journey to cultivate calmness, focus, and balance for the upcoming school year. Participants will be guided through a series of interactive activities, including grounding exercises, gentle Reiki practices, and mindfulness techniques. Parents and children will explore the basics of energy and discover how Reiki can promote relaxation and well-being in children. The workshop will also provide practical tools for managing stress and enhancing focus, such as sensory exploration, visualization, and affirmation creation. Families will also have the opportunity to connect through partner Reiki and positive sharing, and learn "calm down choices" to use anytime, anywhere.
