We offer both! To make our healing collective as accessible as possible, many of our services—including psychic mediumship readings, intuitive mentorship, sigil sessions—can be experienced beautifully from the comfort of your own home via Zoom.

However, some of our specialized modalities, such as holistic organic skincare treatments, healing reiki services and our immersive soundbaths, are exclusively offered in-person at our physical center.

The most important thing to bring with you is an open mind and a willingness to receive! To get the absolute most out of your healing experience, we recommend a few simple preparations:

• Dress Comfortably: Wear loose, cozy clothing (sweatpants, layers, and warm socks are perfect). Since your body temperature naturally drops when you go into a deep state of relaxation, staying warm ensures you remain completely comfortable.

• Hydrate Well: Energy work and sound healing move a lot of energetic and physical fluids through the body. Drinking plenty of water both before and after your session helps integrate the healing.

• Arrive Early: Give yourself a 5 to 10-minute buffer before your scheduled time to silence your phone, use the restroom, and gently transition from the busy outside world into our sacred space.

Note: For our soundbaths, please bring a mat, your favorite blanket, pillow, or eye mask if you’d like an extra layer of comfort.
